I am writing to say "Thank You!" My house went from the worst house on the block, basically neglected for more than two decades due to the illnesses and deaths of both my parents, to the best looking one and Garvin Metal Roofs and your execution of my spoken needs and vision are to thank.
You have worked with me since the summer of 2020, listening and noting each and every dislike, concern, and issue with my 1961 cape cod house - many of them original to the build, like the roof...I cannot believe it lasted 60 years...with patches and unorthodox "fixes" - my goodness, God has been good to this little house! You have been patient, always upbeat and optimistic - even when I was not so much, and always available to address any concerns (thanks for always taking my calls and getting back to me in a very timely manner, the few times that I can count on one hand you were not readily available...that kind of customer service is very, very rare in today's world, especially for someone that has a large client base...thank you!
I have been recommending Garvin Metal Roofs and singing the praises of both you and the company to everyone who knows me and especially to my neighbors that have complimented the renovations (roof, siding,, and new front porch). I am thrilled beyond belief and cannot tell you enough how happy and blessed I am and feel since the exterior of my dwelling has been made new! You always provided options and explained every step of the process, while making necessary changes with me, instead of for me, as a woman, this is very important...you made me feel like part of the process, as someone with intelligent input - thank you. Renovations usually make people cringe, but this has been a very positive learning experience and the results are phenomenal.
Matt and his construction team are now almost finished putting in my glass block windows in the basement. They, too, share your work ethic by being on time, professional, very positive - even working in hot weather, feet of snow, and always respectful of me and my property and working around other contractors with ease (during the summer there were approximately 3 different contractors doing work, due to the scheduling lags from Covid-19). Matt and his crew were/are always safe and neat (they left my rooms and yard the way they were when they began and are doing the same now).
My apology for the length of this letter, but it all has relevance and has to be said. Finally, I have to include the fact that you were so kind to close a window in the basement that had opened to the winter elements and would have been impossible for me to close and you were here to just make sure that the measurements were correct. Thank you and your company for all the attention to detail, professionalism, and phenomenal customer service and care. May God bless you, the company, and may you prosper beyond belief!

My experience with Garvin started with the outstanding salesman that came to my home. He was professional, and very personable. He beat the other contractor's quote by several thousand dollars plus the warranty was much better. I was told the roof would be done in a couple months. I got a call the following week and the roof was installed in 1 day. When I got home the roof looked great! I would definitely recommend Garvin to others! Thanks

Garvin did a wonderful job on my roof. They kept me updated on when they would drop off material and start the job. The removal of my old shingled roof was efficient and clean.

Our experience with Garvin has been nothing but good. It was a positive time from the sales to the laborers. They made sure everything was done correctly and made all was clean when finished.

Roof looks great and the crew worked hard. communication with headquarters was disappointing though.
